Intentionality Run 2025: Running with Purpose, Together

As the sun rose over Intentionality Run 2025, the quiet of the morning gave way to the rhythmic sound of footsteps, deep breaths, and quiet determination. Runners from all walks of life gathered — not just to race, but to reflect. Not just to compete, but to connect. This wasn’t just another event on the running calendar. It was a mindful running experience — a space where fitness met reflection, and every stride was guided by purpose, presence, and intention.

🌳 A Tribute to the Mother of Trees

This edition was deeply inspired by Padma Shree Saalumarada Thimmakka, the iconic Mother of Trees, whose quiet but powerful legacy of planting over 8,000 trees reminded us that consistency, care, and vision can transform landscapes. In her honor, many runners chose to dedicate their miles to the environment, and we committed to eco-conscious race practices — no flex banners, minimal plastic, and community clean-ups post-race. We wanted to ensure our footprint honored the ground we ran on.

🏁 Distances That Met You Where You Are

This year’s run featured three thoughtfully crafted categories:

• 5K: Perfect for first-timers, families, and walkers

• 10K: For those chasing rhythm and endurance

• 21.1K : A test of patience, pace, and purpose

Each route wound through serene roads, well-marked turns, and moments that invited runners to pause—not physically, but mentally. To reflect, breathe, and run for something greater than just a medal.

🏆 Celebrating Our Winners

We were inspired by the performances across all categories — not just the fastest legs, but the strongest spirits.

Half Marathon (21.1K):

• Men’s Winner: Paras Khushalani. – 1:28:18

• Women’s Winner: Asha N S. – 1:59:04

10K:

• Men’s Winner: Tarsh. – 46:07

• Women’s Winner: Syeda Aliya Shaik. – 51:45

5K:

• Men’s Winner: Safwan Abdul Saleem. – 24:04

• Women’s Winner: Suma. – 33:16

Beyond the podiums, the real magic unfolded — mothers crushed their first 10K, kids dashed down the course with unstoppable energy, and solo runners powered through with fierce determination. The course was alive with stories — and every single one

mattered.

💬 Stories That Stay With Us

• “This was the first run where I felt no pressure. Just peace.”

• “I ran with my dad after years — and we didn’t talk much, but it meant everything.”

• “This was the reset I didn’t know I needed.”

These voices are the true benefits of the Intentionality Run: quiet clarity, unexpected connection, and the simple joy of being present.

🎯 What We Learned

As a Race Director, I’ve come to realize:• Speed doesn’t always define success. Intent does.

• The best events create space — not just finish lines.

• People remember how they felt, not just how far they ran.

🙏 Thank You, Runners

To every participant, volunteer, supporter, and cheerleader — thank you for making Intentionality Run 2025 more than just a run. You made it a movement. You showed us that running with purpose, for the environment, for your mind, and for others, is a path worth choosing.
