What is Running?

Running is like walking, but much faster! Imagine you’re trying to catch a butterfly or race your friend to a tree. Your legs move quicker, and your feet bounce off the ground like springs. When you run, your arms swing back and forth to help you go faster, and your heart beats faster, giving your body energy. It’s a fun way to play, move, and feel super speedy—like being your own superhero!
